Robert Baldwin Continues Life and Death Matters Events

Robert Baldwin continues his busy schedule of speaking engagements in connection with the recent publication of his memoir Life and Death Matters: Seeking the Truth About Capital Punishment.

On April 22 the author will be a featured presenter at Canterbury United Methodist Church in Birmingham, AL, where he will speak on the topic, “What it Means to Say ‘Yes’ to Jesus.” Read more about this upcoming event in the April issue of The Canterburian.

Dr. Baldwin will be at Page & Palette in Fairhope for a book signing on April 18 at 12:00 pm. He will speak at the NAACP Centenniel Celebration in Mobile, AL on April 24 on “The Inhumanity of the Death Penalty.”

These events follow a very successful speaking engagement at the Chambers County Library in Valley, AL, where the attentive audience asked several thought-provoking questions, according to program coordinator John Tidwell.

In addition, Dr. Baldwin’s essay “State-sanctioned sin” was published by the Montgomery Advertiser as an Alabama Voices opinion column.
